We M/s Vijayasai Laboratories India Pvt Ltd, Jangampally Vil, Bhiknoor mandal, Kamareddy District is installed 06 nos FTTH connections in our plant. At the time of service providing team said they will respond within an hour in case of network failure. But now nobody responding even after FIVE DAYS of network disconnection. There is a node issue in the exchange itself. The same was communicated to SDE-Naresh garu, JTO-Parameshwar Garu & JTO-Shankar garu. But there is no resolution. We connect to State & Central Pollution control boards by this network and the boards will monitor us every second. If there any issue in connectivity they will issue alarms & warning letter to our industry. SO, we request you to consider this mail as high priority & do the needful urgently. Hope to get positive & permanent solution for this issue.
We have raised a complaint vide No. 127206462332 but with out resolving the problem closed the complaint, This is the government organisation (ESI Corporation, Nizamabad, Nyalkal Road, Nizamabad) daily the beneficiaries call to this office for the inquiry of ESIC benefits, from last 20 days the landline not working, we are giving complaint, your people closing the complaint without resolving the problem / attending complaint. Kindly do the needful as early as possible.
