    Contacted BSNL customer care twice to know how I can upgrade my broadband plan, since I am not able to visit BSNL office due to lockdown. Poor customer care service, I just asked for the path how I can upgrade the plan and the very next moment the call was disconnected. Can anyone help me for this ASAP.

This webpage showed up when I clicked the google search link with the title “Subscribe BSNL Broadband Annual Plan Online with OTP”, But there is no sign of any such link here or anywhere else including the self-care portal too, BSNL has become such an unresponsive and irresponsible organization, The employees give a feeling that they want to sink BSNL and Why can’t the senor officers give their mobile number and email link to file our difficulties. 1500 customer care people say they can’t help. I feel so frustrated.

    Recently I got Brand Band connection 04144 – 241 224 on 27th July 2020, The network speed is 1.6mbs, I was wondering about this. I raised complaint on 4th Aug 2020, No responds till date, The land line wire having lot of joins Like every 40 meter having wire joins and conditions are worst. I dont have comment about it. If the services is good, we will plan to connection otherwise dis-connect it. I dont want take risk and wast of time and money.

    Recently I have got the connection for BSNL Bharat Fiber connection, I have filled my details and given to the BSNL office. They have given me the receipt on my name properly, however while creating profile, they mistakenly entered the wrong initial of mine.

    When I checked in customer care, they asked me to go to near BSNL office, which is totally unfair. This mistake was happened at your end, while creating profile.

    My name is Jayakannan from Mettupalyam , Coimbatore District.I have enquired the new BSNL OFC connection for my home one month before and informed to mettupalayam office. Still I didn’t get connection so far.I have called many times to BSNL officers but they didnt care for this.
    BSNL officers are really dependent on vendor guy.That vendor guy asking for 4000 rupees for new connection even though i am ready to paying for money.But they are delaying one month tie for establishing the connection.
    Could you please let me know how many days for getting the new connection?
    What is the actual price for Broadband modem for fiber optic? Why BSNL officers not working efficiently and why they are rely on vendors? Why vendors taking more authority compare to BSNL officers?

  7. Very sorry condition of BSNL even under Mr Modi. No change from previous governments, I raised a request to provide FTTH and have been following since days, When I call the BSNL officials they say 15 mins or will provide the modem by tomorrow, and for them tomorrow never comes, So one fine day, I called them and informed, I don’t need any connection and anything. Get lost. Basically the connection is required in Dharwad, Gulganjikoppa, I know this complaint is a waste and will drain off, atleast to please myself that I complained somewhere gives some sooth.

I am registering my complaint against broadband connection, It is not connecting properly i.e. actually it is getting disconnected after every 10 min interval and then automatically reconnects, Sometimes it remains disconnected for more than 10hrs, my DSL light does not glow, I am registering complaint against this issue after every alternate 2 days, Only one time I got the response in which I have now connected the line directly to the modem, still it is not giving any positive response, Nothing is happening and BSNL customer care is not doing anything more to get my problem solved, Can anyone just tell is there any way to make this complaint to the higher level, I am just fed up of this people.

  22. I am a BSNL customer since laSt 20 years, at Shahapur, in Thane district of Maharashtra State. My present BB plan is Combo Rs.499 per month. I am supposed to get a internet speed of 8 Mbps but I am getting only 4.3 Mbps throughout the month. Shahapur which is under Kalyan Telecom Circle is not providing the required speed inspite of my frequent request.
