    We have Landline connection for 15years 044-26620704, but for last one half year our land line was not working given many complaints to BSNL office purasaiwalkam, no one has visited yet but we are getting messages like your complaint was closed, kindly look into this and do the need

  3. My landline 079-22891140 is not working from last five months and still not repaired even after repetitive complaint on various platform including personal visit to BSNL office. In fact, their branch manager asked me to disconnect the connection and said they are not able to repair it due to shortage of staff. Every month I get the bill without use and I pay it. Very poor service. No body is bothered to resolve the complaint. Very poor service and BSNL staff not interested to address the complaint. To whom we shall escalate it??

  4. My Bharat Fiber broadband is not working from the last 4 months it just works and then again gets stopped after a minute, I have lodged so many complaints, Still I am paying bills and collecting proofs so that I can file a case in Div consumer forum.

My landline number is 044 26623457 and my line dead for past 4 days and inspite of giving repeated complaint it was assigned to Ramamurthy and his number is 9445018334 and my is supposed solve two days back and i called more than 10 times 14th bit from morning he said it will solved but he never bothered to turn up and till now my issue is to get solved very poor service if this is the case i will close broadband as well as landline.

  6. I applied for bsnl broadband with landline number 08029575282 in june 17th 2019, My phone is not installed, Internet not activated, But i got phone bill of amount rs 786 and phone installation charges of rs 250, But phone is not yet installed, Is this proper?
