BSNL Data Activation on New Prepaid Mobile
After the activation of new BSNL prepaid mobile connection, the customer has to send a simple activation code through text message only, and there is no USSD code to enable the data facility. It is as follows for BSNL data activation on the new prepaid mobile connection.
- Send an SMS as START to 1925
Then immediately, you will receive first return message as an acknowledgment for activation request. After that, within a short time, you will give a final confirmation message reply as follows and it is same for BSNL data activation to enable mobile internet in your new/old prepaid mobile.
After BSNL data activation in mobile, customers can install their 3G settings, i.e., BSNL APNs (Access Point Names) in their mobiles by just downloading the configuration(APNs) online as follows. The customer can do this only if BSNL data settings haven’t downloaded automatically.
Only after downloading and installing the configuration settings online, the mobile user allows accessing internet facility on mobile.
How to deactivate BSNL Net service on mobile?
The customers, who do not wish to use BSNL net service can also stop at any time by disabling. But, this can do by the client only by sending a simple SMS code as follows.

Apart from BSNL prepaid mobile connections, Postpaid plan users who require BSNL data activation has to submit a request to concerned BSNL to utilize free 3G net usage offered if any in the base plan or along with required BSNL 3G net pack.
To activate BSNL net services on your prepaid or postpaid mobile connection of any circle, just follow the BSNL simple process. In future BSNL 3G activation USSD code may also be available to enable the services (if required), Upto that time, please send an SMS for BSNL data activation or disconnection on any BSNL SIM installed in iPhone, Android, Windows phones to enjoy roaming free mobile Internet services.

I sent START message to 1925 three times in 15 days. But BSNL data not activated. I didn’t get second message regarding activation of data services. I called customer care 6 times. I think there is no one to respond.

Dial *#*#4636#*#* then go to phone info, Select the sim (if it’s sim 1 or 2) then on the right corner there’s three dots,click on it. You will get an option “enable data connection” enable it. That’s it. It worked on OnePlus nord ce. I hope it will work for you. Thank you

Do frc Recharge only don’t call any number for activation like 1057, 1503,123 etc, no verification is required for portin simcard.
After frc recharge both incoming and outgoing will start.

all BSNL users in all circles please note in India max of telecom networks are shutting down their 3g spectrum whereas 2g & 4g are continued. BSNL also run in many circle in this manner, so if mobile not to shown 4g network internet not properly speed up for users.

I had existing Plan of 485 that having CAP of 3.7Gb/Day, Then I recharge with Unlimited plan of rs 1098, The Data cop still working, I am not able to get any benefits of truly unlimited plan of 1098, My bundles after dialing *123# shows both plans. 1098 is an unlimited plans without speed restriction, so please use WCDMA/Only 3G settings in mobile, avoid auto mode.

In Kochi district BSNL circle of Kerala state, the BSNL officials are very corrupt, inspite of repeated complaints, BSNL signal is poor, call drop is frequent, call connect fails and broadband data connection is always off, and the customer service people only talk in Malayalam even if we select English or Hindi option, Also, the New SIM connections take weeks to activate, even then data START facility doesn’t work.
The worst sim. Never get a speed. Always it show E network and speed is too much. A tortoise is much better than bsnl internet speed
Nobody picks up 1925. SMS reply is unable to process even after repeated attempts. Difficult to deal with BSNL.
BSNL 1925 is not a customer care with executives, it is a server number to activate the data services, so send the SMS in prescribed format to activate the BSNL mobile net.
