The speed mentioned is attractive in above BSNL wifi broadband plans, but the catch is the word “up to”. When they say “up to 2mbps, it means the speed will never cross 2mbps, and it could still be anything from 0 kbps. My experienc3 has been that it never touches or even goes near the speed mentioned. Complaints are always responded with solutions by the Customer Care advising us to opt for costlier plans. But they make sure never to commit anything in writing. Check their online complaint mechanism. They will respond with “Closed” or “Resolved” but never mention action taken.
