If I purchase 599 plan then what amount have to pay only 599 or GST will deduct extra and total amount will become 599+18%= 706.82 Total

If you subscribe to 599 plan, then you ahve to pay 599+18% GST as your monthly BSNL fiber broadband telephone bill.
