I suggest be careful. The rent is not coming regularly and they treat the vendors as beggers. Once installed it will be difficult to get rid off the tower and they occupy and install lot of large equipments without our consent. I am struggling a lot.

Myself Rajamani from Madurai ,TamilNadu (Site Name: Karuppayurani). I didn’t receive rent for the past one year. And also My 15 years agreement got completed on sep 2020.
I have directly visited BSNL office & provided the letter on last September which states that we don’t want to continue in future & requested them to look for alternative in the grace period as per agreement. But so far, We are following up continuously & we don’t get any proper response.
I am neither getting rent nor my land. Please escalate & do the needful ASAP.
