I have applied for Bharat Fibre on 22 Sept 2020, No one contacted me till date, The phone number provided in the SMS is out of service.
BSNL . True to its acronym. I have a broadband connection in Gurgaon 0124-2468780. The line is out of order for many months. Repeated complaints not attended to. We do get a message that complaint has been resolved but on ground nothing happens. We do get a bill of Rs.1887/- regularly and we have been paying it regularly.. The website is useless. You can not find the list of officers who can be contacted. They still live in feudal times and lord over the hapless customers and get paid from taxpayers’ money.
I want to get this connection disconnected if cannot be made serviceable. Even that option is not available on website or in My Account.
