BSNL E Auction Procedure
Follow the new procedure to book BSNL VIP number available in E Auction web portal and reserve your best choice from the list after successful registration.
- Open your browser and hit eauction.bsnl.co.in
- Click Green Colored state which your required to book a BSNL Premium number
- A pop up display with scheduled dates conducting e Auction
- Click on Schedule dates
- A new page will open to login to e Auction portal
- Click Login / Register available in top right corner
- Select Login and enter your registered details
- Enter Mobile number and received password
- Click Radio button to accept Terms & Conditions to proceed further.
- Mandatory Terms to be accepted for move further
- Change the password from default and must complete the Profile details
- If asked with a popup, click ignore if not required now and to change later with change password option / profile, but the bidder has to provide the address proof, identity details in the portal to complete the bidding process
- Click Available Numbers
- You will be displayed the available premium number in the right side panel indicating Starting Value, Registration Amount and the available dates of E Auction (Starting / Ending)
- Select required number
- Can use Search option at below left, if required to check more numbers using different combinations (ends with, begins with, contains)
- Click Continue To Cart and Click Continue
- The selected numbers will be listed in the cart as a preview for further processing
- Check the number details
- Have a look at your selected number and the Registration amount
- Click on Add to Cart
- Available at Right Side Top
- Click Checkout
- Next Screen display the registration amount and Vanity Mobile number
- Click Continue To Payment
- Various options (Net Banking / Credit Card / Debit Card) displayed for you to pay the registration charges
- Complete the Payment
- After successful payment, you are in the waiting list as a bidder for e Auction of that particular GSM vanity number, and if anyone bids the amount more than your desired amount, you will be alerted to bid highest amount than others
- If you wish to bid more that others
- If you wish to bid more amount than others bid value, Press “Click to bid”, then his/her bid will be present with “current bid value+one more incremental value” and others bid will appear along with the amount bid by him/her in RED color
After end of bidding successful H1 bidder will receive a PIN on his registered mobile number, and customer can take this PIN to any CSC with his POI / POA credentials, and on payment of bidded amount + S. Tax (18%) he will be allotted the BSNL Mobile Premium number through E Auction Process.
How much is Registration amount to book in BSNL E Auction?
The lowest amount is Rs.200 and the highest is Rs.3000, and it depends upon the value of available Premium / Vanity GSM number
When will announce the successful bidders of BSNL e Auction?
Within 24 hours of closing the BSNL eAuction, the operator announces the successful bidder through email.
How to pay the BSNL eAuction amount for a successful bidder?
Approach any nearest CSC in the same circle and pay the same amount for activation of Vanity number, after sending an email to registered id or by SMS to registered mobile number by allotting the number with an PIN and the final amount to pay, then BSNL authorities can generate the invoice for payment of bidding amount with required if any for the Premium number booked.
Can we activate BSNL Tamilnadu Auction Number in Gujarat?
No, BSNL e Auction portal numbers displayed in the portal belongs to one particular circle only, and they are to be activated only at home (allotted) circle.
Ex:- If you are a successful bidder of Tamilnadu circle means you have to activate in Tamilnadu only at first time, but have to port the premium number to another circle after 90 days.
Will the registration is refundable if number not allotted in e auction?
To bid a number, the customer has to pay the Registration Fee through online, and this fee is Non Refundable.
