I would not recommend to take any broadband /mobile service from BSNL because this is too lazy and ignorant company they don’t pay attention to their customers and I don’t think it’ll grow in rural and semi urban areas
For example,
I’m from rajgamar korba my home is located about 100 meter away from BSNL exchange office.
I have to take a broadband connection for my home purposes
Even when i had to activate my BSNL sim services otp came after 2 hours it’s too shame and embarrassing for BSNL

मैं कुम्हारी, जिला दुर्ग से हूं, यहा पर भारत संचार निगम का कार्यालय तो है पर हमेशा बंद रहता है। अगर ब्रॉडबैंड या फाइबर केबल के बारे में जानकारी लेना हो तो किससे संपर्क करे। मुझे एक नंबर असाइन हुआ था जब मैने ब्रॉडबैंड कनेक्शन के लिए आवेदन किया था पर वो व्यक्ति कभी भी फोनरिसीव नहीं करता है और न ही कॉल बैक करता है (9425201454, Doleshwar Kumar Bagde), मैंने भारत फाइबर के लिए ऑनलाइन अप्लाई किया है पर वो मेरे होम लोकेशन से 300 मीटर की दूरी पर है। क्या मुझे ये कनेक्शन मिल सकता है, कृपया कॉल या मेल आईडी के माध्यम से बताने की कृपा करे।

Plan Mbps bahot km hai normal bsnl fiber plan se kya wo connection me fiber connection nai lag sakta kya jisme 449 me 30mbps 3300gb data milta hai

I had applied for a new connection on 25/12/20, but till now no one turned up, If such type of service how can BSNL can satisfy their customers.
Maine fiber connection liya hai, 2 months ho gaye but mera phone call start nhi hua hai, bsnl office me call krne par bhi koi solution nhi mila, Iske complaint and solution ke bare me information den.
