It for your information that we have been provided very poor quality of BSNL broadband service here. Some time it remains disconnected for weeks and months. I have been approaching the local officials of BSNL for a fiber optic connection from last 2 years and it is now evident that they are not taking the matter seriously.
Some how I was maintaining my activities with the existing broad band service but since last 2 days 04/06/2021 my internet connection is disconnected. While enquiring I came to know that the telephone exchange have no care taker.
Here I am giving the address of the telephone exchange office under which service is provided to me. So bringing the matter to your kind notice so as to get relevant response.

no action is being taken by BSNL div-2 silchar, meherpur, shivalik park regarding fibre optics, shame, better hand over to any other corporate sector, please give fibre optics line with any scheme, at present i am paying nearly 2000/- per month and getting a speed of 4 to 400 kbs, the technicians are worthless.
