very sorry, ftth plans are there I have a plan of 100mpbs for monthly Rs1615 including tax, but I am getting the speed as below download 50mpbs and upload 0 ping 25, very bad this is for skype

Team, please define the lowest installation charges, Even BSNL nor your website not giving a clear picture of installation charges, Team must raise reporting standards and show a customer what to expect when asked what is installation charges, rather than hiding and misleading and looting customer.
Is Plan – 449 (Up to 30 Mbps till 3300 GB, up to 2 Mbps beyond) eligible for retired BSNL Employees, and what is the tariff for retired BSNL Employees.
