A link is to be available in BSNL portal for activation of Hotstar Premium services, where the customer can activate the premium pack after successful activation of Superstar 1.
Can we continue with Hotstar Premium account when migrates/downgrades the Bharat Fiber / DSL broadband plan?
Bundled Hotstar premium plan subscription will be discontinued, in case subscriber will opt out from above BNL Superstar 1 plan & Hotstar premium plan subscription will not be provided on migration to other BSNL broadband plan change.

I am using BSNL’s Super Star 1 plan on Bharat Fiber. The upload speed is 6 Mbps and download speed is 2 Mbps.
There is a need for regulation to define what is the guaranteed minimum speed as the telecom companies only shows the maximum speed ( 100 Mbps) which is far away from reality.
Superstar1 is available in DSL(Copper) and Fiber networks, where DSL allows only upto a maximum of 10mbps, where as FTTH allows upto 100Mbps, So, complain to the concerned accordingly as per your service to resolve the speed issues.
Dude when you connected with multiple devices it will come under 100Mbps speed, so don’t complain them.
My BB is not working but I am paying the charges on receipt of monthly bills for Super Star – 1 Plan of BSNL. Please tell me why I shall continue to pay bills without availing of due services? I have Bharath Fiber super 300 connection, I am paying around Rs 800 every month. But this month I have received the bill amount of Rs.1756. In the bill the amount mentioned as BB Rs 749 and for LL Rs 749, Why such amount is for this month.

I do have a Plan 800001/Bharat Fiber Superstar 300 for which I paying as per the tariff plan,for the last 5 to 6 months, but for the period of 1-8-2020 to 31-8-2020, I have received a bill for Rs 1756 (Account No : 9039322655 : SDCTN0040952877) please do the needful for me for that I could pay the bill before the due time from the date of the connection i got my bill use to be 865/= approx inclusive all tax ..but this month i have got a bill for 1756 , please look into this matter .

This is combo plan and there is no rental charges of Landline, so please approach concerned commercial officer / Accounts Officer for revision/clarification on the bill.

YES, I have also got the same type of bill monthly charges for broadband and landline 749+749, I have complained to the BSNL portal but no answer not yet come, but in the customer service portal, it says to remit only 852(749+gst). I have remitted the amount only.

I’m using this plan over DSL for last 5 months. My internet speed was set to 4Mbps down stream and 0.5Mbps upstream. After following up with bsnl officals for 4 months, finally I got my downstream speed set to 10Mbps. (Actual speed I get is around 8Mbps) But my up stream speed is still at 0.5Mbps. Do anyone know what is the upstream speed as per the plan over DSL.

Installation charges is Rs.250 for any kind of service, and it means the charges which has to pay to BSNL for the service provided from exchange to customer premises, and it is not linked with modem/router and telephone instrument charges.

I subscribed the Star 300 plan in Jmashedpur (Jharkhand) where the speed should be 10Mbps in DSL connection, but I am getting only 125Kbps to 220Kbps, Its really surprise for me, I have applied for also BSNL FTTH due to getting frustrated but they are not responding positively, They are saying “Hoga rukiye, Humlog kam kar rahe hai, Jab hoga to apko pata chal jayega”. Due to its pathetic service I am planing to switch to private service where I will pay same amount with a stable and high speed internet.

Both download and upload speed in Fiber internet service of BSNL are equal as per FUP limit.
The free calls with this pack are only for landline number, Or is it applicable for BSNL mobile number associated with the account as well?
Free calls are applicable only for the voice calls dialed from landline.
