Hi this is chirag dave, 17, Giriraj society, nr Janpath society, ghodasar. Ahmedabad. Contact number 9998985138 – I m a fiber 300 mbps customer and it’s observed that the connection is not stable atleast 2/4 times a week all of a sudden connection is lost and causes lots of difficulties. We (including my neighbors) have been so far Co-ordinating with mr Nikunj – bsnl franchisee for this area 7228846789. Although he tries every time the problem stays as above. While bsnl connection is down – it is observed that both jio and voda phone idea Internet connection works as usual! How is this possible is a surprise!
Pl. confirm how this can b resolved immediately.
