My telephone and broadband service is dead since 2nd August 2020 and I made complain regarding the same thrice but to date i.e. it has not been rectified, I’m now thinking to go for some other broadband service provider seeing the negligent attitude of BSNL.
VERY PATHETIC SERVICE OF BSNL LL & BB, MORE THAN 200 TIMES REQUESTED REGARDING PHONE DEAD & DELINKING OF BB, NO PERMANENT SOLUTION HAS BEEN DONE TILL, BB SPEED IN Kbps in place of 10 Mbps as per plan, Requests for permanent solutions to concerned Authorities.
